Dr. Shiv Grewal

The current Chief of Staff in Wiarton.  

A Winnipeger who graduated from the University of Manitoba Family Medicine residency program in 1998.  Worked for several years in Aboriginal communities in Northern Manitoba and in Inuit communities in Nunavut. Completed training in Tropical Medicine through the Gorgas course in Peru and a MPH in International Health from Harvard University.  

Strong interest in international health with experience in Indonesia and Sri Lanka with Tsunami-related medical care and in Cambodia, Uganda and Brazil.  

Currently involved in consulting with medical projects in Tanzania and Uganda supporting health facilities, AIDS orphans and education for kids.  Working in Wiarton since Febuary 2005.
